The Next Move is operated by Maria Amir. By using the product, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and responsibility
You must be at least 18 to use The Next Move. You are responsible for what you write here and for the decisions you make.
Free access
Your first seven days are free. The period starts with your first real message, not when you first open the page. No email or card is required during the free trial.
Subscription and billing
After the free period, continued access costs $14.99 per month. Billing starts only when you actively subscribe through PayPal. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. PayPal processes your payment, and we do not receive your card details.
Cancellation
You can cancel from inside the product at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of your paid billing period.
Refunds
We do not promise automatic refunds for time already paid for. If something has gone wrong with a charge, contact support@journeywithin.life. Any refund or cancellation rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not use The Next Move to break the law, harm or harass anyone, submit another person's private information without permission, interfere with the service, or try to gain unauthorised access to it. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.
Sign-in and recovery
If you add an email, sign-in links are sent to that address. Keep your email account and recovery code secure. Anyone with your recovery code may be able to reach your conversations. If you lose access to both your email and recovery code, contact support. We may ask for information needed to verify your subscription or identity before restoring access, and recovery may not always be possible.
AI limitations
Replies are generated by AI. They may be incomplete, mistaken or unsuitable for your situation. Use them as a way to think, not as instructions. You remain responsible for your choices.
Not professional advice
The Next Move is a self-reflection and decision-support tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Changes and availability
The Next Move is an early-stage product and may change as it evolves. Features may be added, changed or removed. Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or issues with services we depend on.
Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Maria Amir is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make after using the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
